These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of products and services provided by Asnly LLC ("Asnly", "we", "us"), a company registered in the State of Wyoming, United States. By using our services, you agree to these Terms.
By accessing, registering for, or using any Asnly product or service — including but not limited to TunnelProxy, v6proxy, and İndirimbuldum (together, the "Services") — you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you are entering into these Terms on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Services.
Asnly operates the following products. Each product may have additional terms specific to its use, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.
We may add, modify, or discontinue features at our discretion. We will use reasonable efforts to provide notice of material changes affecting paid customers.
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to register for an account. By creating an account, you represent that the information you provide is accurate and complete.
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, including the actions of any users to whom you grant access. You must keep your credentials confidential and notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.
You agree not to use the Services to:
We reserve the right to investigate suspected violations and to suspend or terminate access without prior notice where we determine, in good faith, that immediate action is required.
Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, as selected at signup). Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated in writing.
For TunnelProxy, payments are processed through Google Play Billing and are subject to Google Play's terms in addition to ours. For v6proxy, payments may be processed through our billing partners, including WHMCS or WiseCP integrations.
We may change pricing for new billing cycles with at least thirty (30) days' notice. Continued use of a paid plan after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
Where a free tier or trial is offered, it is provided "as is" and may be limited in features, capacity, or duration. We may modify or discontinue free offerings at any time. We will not charge you for the free tier without your express consent.
The Services, including all software, content, branding, and documentation, are owned by Asnly LLC or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Services in accordance with these Terms.
You retain ownership of any content you submit to the Services. By submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive licence to host, process, and display that content solely as required to operate the Services.
The Services may integrate with or rely on third-party providers (including, for TunnelProxy, the operator of the underlying mobile carrier; for v6proxy, your IP transit and hosting provider; and for İndirimbuldum, the e-commerce retailers we track). We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or terms of any third-party service.
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ASNLY LLC AND ITS OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.
OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING UNDER THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (USD 100).
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Asnly LLC from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services if you breach these Terms, or if required by law or by our infrastructure providers. Upon termination, all rights granted to you under these Terms will cease.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If a change is material, we will provide notice through the Services or by email at least thirty (30) days before the change takes effect. Your continued use of the Services after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
